• Membership privileges are available only on the presentation of your current membership card together with photographic identification and Entry Slip obtained from the membership swipe terminal.
  • Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Memberships are not transferable.
  • Only the named person listed on the membership card may use the card – Violation of this will result in immediate membership termination.
  • Eureka Skydeck reserves the right to cancel a membership if deemed appropriate.
  • The primary membership cardholder is responsible for ensuring the details of their Skypass Membership are correct at all times.
  • No refunds, exchanges or suspensions apply to Eureka Skydeck memberships.
  • Eureka Skydeck collects and manages your personal information in a professional and responsible manner, in accordance with the privacy law.  The information provided by you will only be used for Eureka Skydeck purposes, such as the administration of your membership, the provision of Eureka Skydeck goods & services, planning research & marketing of the Skypass Membership program. Eureka Skydeck will not disclose, sell, distribute, share or otherwise pass on your personal information to any third party. You may choose not to provide your personal details upon joining, however, if you do not provide your personal details we will not be able to administer your membership or provide you with some or all of the Skypass membership benefits.
  • Memberships are valid for Skydeck Admission only- memberships do not include complementary access to the Edge Experience.
  • Memberships do not include discounts at the Kiosk.
  • All discounts are only applicable to the Annual member stated on the member card.
  • Those with a concession membership are required to present their valid concession card on arrival at every visit.
  • Please contact us directly for opening hours of important dates and public holidays or any information regarding your Skypass membership.
  • The Skypass membership card remains the property of Eureka Skydeck.
  • The membership card is to remain in the care of the primary cardholder for the life of the membership.
  • All membership expiry details are kept in the Eureka Skydeck system.
  • Any lost or damaged membership cards will attract a replacement card fee of $5.00.
  • Eureka Skydeck reserves the right to update or change these terms & conditions of membership benefits at any time without prior notice.
