Exploring and learning about Melbourne has never been more exciting than with the Eureka Skydeck school education & excursion program.
We offer school groups a unique educational experience: a variety of learning activities and displays surrounded by panoramic 360-degree views of greater Melbourne – a stunning, one of a kind learning environment.
Each day at the Skydeck brings different groups of students, each with a different learning focus. This makes every day unique. However, regardless of the diversity in the classroom, all students are offered the same opportunity – to venture out of the classroom and apply their knowledge to the outside world.
After taking the fastest lift in the Southern Hemisphere to level 88, students can identify the sounds of Melbourne at the Sights and Sounds experience, using landmark viewfinders and informative LED floor and wall displays. Stepping outside the air lock at the Terrace, they’ll witness the world famous Edge Experience as it projects itself from the side of the Tower almost 300 metres above the ground.
An experienced educator will be on hand to facilitate your visit, working with you to provide an authentic curriculum-based tour that meets the specific learning needs of your students.
Our education resources are easily downloadable from our website and are linked to the Victorian Curriculum F-10, making it easy for teachers to plan a Melbourne things to do excursion to Eureka Skydeck.
