When applying for a donation from Eureka Skydeck, please consider the following terms and conditions;
Terms & Conditions
- Only requests submitted through the website will be considered.
- Due to the volume of requests Eureka Skydeck receive, we are not able to honour all requests received in any given month.
- Only successful applicants will be contacted, if you are not contacted within 10 working days unfortunately your request has been unsuccessful.
- Successful applicants will receive their donation by mail no less than one month prior to the event date
- Requests received less than 6 weeks prior to an event may not qualify for a donation
- Eureka Skydeck is not able to provide tickets for individuals raising money on behalf of a charity eg- World’s Greatest Shave, Girl’s Night in.
- Organisations may only receive one donation per calendar year (this does not apply to different chapters or regional groups of the same charitable organisation)
- Please note that the Eureka Skydeck is only ever able to donate Eureka Skydeck admission tickets, we are unable to donate Edge tickets, money or merchandise.
- If you are successful in your request, the tickets are strictly valid for 12 months from the date of printing and are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
